IDEO + Visa

We partnered with IDEO to help Visa make its entry into the mobile technology space. We began by helping IDEO synthesize their ethnographic research and articulating various new product opportunities and insights. Once the product feature set was defined, we created an information architecture that IDEO used as the foundation for the user flow and interface design. We led the new brand strategy and created brand concepts to create near-term and long-term positions in the marketplace. In the final phase, we created a flexible nomenclature system and a naming tool to guide all naming for future product features.
